Mr. Siegner's primary practice areas include Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulatory and enforcement matters, including the regulation of human and animal drugs, devices, food and dietary supplements. He has served as legal counsel and public relations spokesperson for dietary supplement trade associations and has served as a registered lobbyist on federal and state legislative issues. Prior to joining the firm in 1986, Mr. Siegner received his bachelors and coursework masters degrees in biology from Brown University (1974) and the University of Minnesota (1983), and his law degree from Cornell University (1986).
