Before joining the firm in 2017, Ms. Kaur worked in FDA’s Office of International Programs where she assisted the International Arrangements and Disclosure Team in developing and implementing strategic approaches to the development of new international arrangements and Confidentiality Commitments. Ms. Kaur conducted research and analysis of U.S. and foreign FDA-related laws and regulations, generated preliminary assessments for the evaluation of requests for new international arrangements, and collaborated with FDA’s centers to create strategies for establishment of Confidentiality Commitments with major trading partners.

Ms. Kaur graduated from the Boston University School of Law with honors in the Health Law Concentration. While attending law school she was a Note Editor of the International Law Journal and interned in the compliance office at Tufts Medical Center in Boston. As a law student Ms. Kaur wrote an extensive paper entitled “Indian Pharmaceutical Industry’s Compliance Problems with the United States Food and Drug Administration and Proposed Solutions,” which won the 2016 Gellhorn-Sargentich Essay Award.
